Determination of Progress

The Office of Financial Aid will review your progress at the end of the regular school year (August-May) to determine your status for renewal.

If your cumulative grade point is below the stated minimum you will be placed on Financial Aid Probation for the next academic year and your financial assistance will be renewed. At the end of the probationary period your cumulative grade point average must meet the stated minimum requirements to renew your assistance for the following year.

If the credit hours you have successfully completed are below the stated minimum we will take the following actions:

Deficiency	Action
1-6 credits	Financial Aid Probation
7 or more credits	Financial Aid Withdrawn
