UD Prepayment Plan
The University of Dayton also offers a monthly pre-payment plan, which is administered by Key Education Resources, as a convenient alternative to lump sum semester payments.  Any anticipated remaining balance may be divided into ten monthly payments, with the first payment scheduled to begin on June 1st.

Although payments begin June 1st, you may enroll after this date. If you enroll after June 1st any back-payments should be made in order to keep your account current. The plan features ten (10) level payments and no interest charges nor credit review. There is an annual application fee of $40.

Application materials may be obtained by calling the University of Dayton Office of Financial Aid at 1-800-427-5029.

Easy to Use

Any parent, guardian or student at the University of Dayton is eligible for this plan.  To take advantage of the Monthly Prepayment Plan, complete the application and send it to Key Education Resources with the $40 non-refundable annual application fee.  Upon receipt of your application and fee, Key Education Resources will automatically establish your account and notify the University of Dayton of your participation in this plan.

Simple Payment Schedule

As a plan participant, you may make 10 equal monthly payments beginning June 1st.  Key Education Resources sends you a monthly billing statement.  If you enroll in the plan after June 1st, you must include all back payments due with your application and the appropriate application fee-please see the chart at the bottom of this page.

Payments are due on the first of every month. Accounts with payments not received by the first of the month are subject to account termination.  If your account is closed, you are required to pay the university directly all charges due at that time.

A detailed status of your account is reported to the university each month.

Establish a Plan for Any Amount

You may use the University of Dayton Monthly Prepayment Plan to pay any amount, up to the total cost of education. If you choose an amount less than the total amount you owe the university, you must pay the difference directly to the university of use another payment option for the remaining balance.  If you are unsure of the actual amount, you may estimate.  When you know the actual amount you owe the university, simply call Key Education Resources to revise your plan.
